Lycée Chateaubriand de Rome.

A student drama contest between a number of schools all over Italy is being organised by John Cabot University as part of its annual Italyreads program. The Lycée Chateaubriand 2nde students are ready to rise to the occasion.

The play chosen by JCU Professor Carlos Dews is "Our Town" by Thornton Wilder. After studying a few approved excerpts from the play, our students will have to select one and film themselves performing it. The videos will then be submitted for judging by a panel of experts. The class of the winning video will receive a prize of 500 euros ! Here at Chateaubriand we decided to vote for the best way to spend the prize money.
