    We think the staff should be cool, meaning that they should be friendly, smiling and funny. In our ideal cafeteria the cooking would be done on the spot (not delivered and reheated here). There would be more flexibility in the schedule : we would be able to go and eat whenever we want within the lunch period.     Today the Lycee Chateaubriand of Rome has no water due to a big leak in the neighbourhood. ACEA ( the company that runs the water distribution in Rome) had to cut the water off for the day.
